Lubrication

When well lubricated, your equipment can last a very long time. Lack of lubrication causes higher friction that can extensively damage any machine. Regular Inspection

Inspect the electrical connections, ensure that you sort out any problems before you switch on the machine. Check the feeders, sorters, belts as well as chucks and inserts. Ensure they are all working correctly.   

Cleaning 

Ensure that your machine is clean. As noted above, regular inspection will help you find glass and other debris. A dirty dairy bottling machine will mean that the milk spoils too soon. Clean spilled oil and dairy at the end of the workday. Ensure that you are wearing appropriate safety clothing during the cleaning process. Use a soft cloth to clean off stubborn dirt. You can also use a firm, soft-bristled brush. 

If the stains do not come off, you can make use of a solvent. The solvent you choose should be nonflammable and have a low toxicity level. It should also be appropriate for manual use. You can check your user manual for suggested solvents.
